KES 1,500 Per Month

Tenant

Monthly contribution for long-term tenants. Covers security, sanitation, and communal area maintenance.

KES 5,000 Annual

Development Levy

Annual infrastructure and development fund contribution per household. Directed to capital improvement projects.
