Annual General Meeting 2026 — Summary & Resolutions
The Morans Annex Residents Association Annual General Meeting was held on 28th March 2026 at the Community Hall on Munyeti Road, Katani. The meeting was attended by over 180 registered households, marking one of the highest turnouts in the association's history.
Agenda items included the approval of the 2025 financial accounts, election of two new committee members, review of the security contract, and discussion of the proposed Phase 3 road improvement project along the estate's inner roads. Residents also raised the issue of water pressure in the upper sections of Munyeti Village, which the committee committed to addressing within the next quarter.
Key resolutions passed at the meeting included: a 10% increase in the development levy effective July 2026, the formation of a dedicated Environment Sub-Committee, and an agreement to install additional security lights along the main Munyeti Road access.
