Morans Annex Residents Association was established to serve the growing community of homeowners and tenants at Munyeti Village, Katani Location, Athiriver — situated within the greater Machakos County region (MACHAKOS/N.E OF MAVOKO MUNICIPALITY LR NO. 24605/2).

Our association was formed by residents who believed that a well-organised, transparent, and inclusive residents' body is the foundation of a great neighbourhood. Over the years, we have grown from a small group of concerned residents into a structured organisation that serves hundreds of households.

We work closely with the county government, local administration, and service providers to ensure that every resident of Morans Annex enjoys a safe, clean, and thriving environment.
